Clinical Observation of Treating 60 Cases of Henoch-Schonlein Purpura Nephritis with Desensitization Xiaoban Decoction plus Western Medicine

[Objective]To observe effect of treating Treating Henoch-Schonlein Purpura Nephritis with Desensitization Xiaoban decoction plus Western Medicine.[Method]On the use of self-made desensitization Xiaoban Decoction of 60 hospitalized patients(Lindera,mugwort leaf,honeysuckle,Sophora japonica L.,donkey-hide gelatin(melt) of each 9g,Astragalus 10 ~ 15g,angelica 9g,talc 10~15g,Polyporus,Alisma,Plantago(bag) of each 9g,rhubarb 3~6g,licorice 6g,jujube 3) 1 agent/d,Decoction 400mL,early in the evening of 3 doses.At the same time,combined with western medicine prednisone.Observation of clinical symptoms,urine routine.4 weeks to 1 course of treatment,continuous treatment and 1~3 treatment,60 cases were followed up,the curative effect.[Results]Clinical cure 32 cases,markedly effective in 15 cases,effective 10 cases,invalid 3 cases,the total effective rate was 95%(57/60).Medication for at least 20 agent,up to 90 agents,an average of 25 agent.[Conclusion]Desensitization Xiaoban decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis,curative effect satisfaction.
