Abstract
Objective To observe clinical effect of activating blood to remove stasis therapy for allergic purpura and incidence of henoch-schonlein purpura nephritis in children. Methods Sixty children with allergic purpura were randomly divided into treatment group treated with Huayu Xiaoban decoction and control group with western medicine,30 children per group. The curative effects were evaluated and the incidences of the disease were observed after 14 days of treatment. Results The total effective rate was 90.0% and the incidence rate was 6.67% in treatment group, which were superior to that in control group(P0.05).Conclusion The therapy is effective for treatment of allergic purpura and to reduce incidence rate of HSPN.
