Abstract
Objective: To study the clinical effect of T cell immune function of chemotherapy patients by stimulating their back-shu points and to provide a new method for cancer patients with adjuvant treatment. Methods: 163 patients were clinically selected and divided into a treatment group with 80 patients and a control group with 83 patients. Results: The percentage of CD4,CD8 and NK cell levels in the control group was higher than that of the control group, showing a significant difference( P 0. 05). In the self-control before and after the treatment, the percentage of CD3,CD4,CD8 and NK of the treatment group had no significant difference while the percentage of CD4,CD8 and NK of the control group significantly lowered, showing significant difference( P 0. 05). After the ginger moxibustion treatment,WBC,RBC,HB and PLT of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, showing a significant differences( P 0. 05 or P 0. 01). In the self-control before and after the treatment,WBC,RBC,HB and PLT of the treatment group had no significant difference while WBC,RBC,HB and PLT of the control group significantly lowered, showing significant difference( P 0. 05). Conclusion: The ginger moxibustion will relieve the cellular immune function of chemotherapy cancer patients and improve their clinical symptoms, and is a safe and effective adjuvant chemotherapy.
