Abstract

Popularization of higher vocational education means the expansion of the higher education.The development of the higher vocational education not only makes up a deficiency of the higher education in our country,but also heals over an abuse caused by the unbalance of the structure of the higher education,which lend an impetus to the popularization of higher education.
