Abstract

Since the aim of mass higher education in China was put forward in 1999,higher vocational education has won the super-large-scale development and achieved remarkable results.However,what kind of function does higher vocational education have in the process of mass higher education? This article focuses on the function of higher vocational education in promoting mass higher education.
