Abstract
The appearance and development of administrative legislation came into being with the great change of state's function since the modern times. It is inevitable in the history. With the inevitability, the thesis analyses existing problems in China's administrative legislation and puts up suggestion to the improvement of supervision of administrative legislation, hoping to control the administrative right effectively and promise its legal and just function.
