Abstract

The government bears the responsibility to ensure and promote people’s demand on healthcare services.As the state-owned non-profit medical institutions,public hospitals always play a significant role in providing a platform for the realization of such responsibility.In this article,research and discussions were made on the implementing patterns and mechanism of this government responsibility through public hospitals.
