The public-interest nature of the public hospitals and its support system

This article provides the content and support measurement of the public interest nature of the public hospital.The public-interest nature of the public hospitals is defined as the objective of the public hospitals are the same as the society interest maximization.Besides obeying the regulation on the general hospitals and general non-for-profit hospitals,the public hospitals should take the responsibility of enhancing the quality of healthcare service and healthcare finance,improve the macro efficiency as well as the micro efficiency of the health service delivery system and take government projects,which are the main contents of what is called public interest nature.The government takes the responsibility to enhance the public interest nature of the public hospitals by defining the role and management objective,financial support,constructing the performance evaluation system and improve internal management of public hospitals.
