Public Hospital Reform in the Perspective of Non-government Organization

This thesis is aimed at providing new angle of view and basis for public hospital reform in china through analyzing the nature,responsibility body and effective provision of the basic medical and health services.Using the compared studying method to analyze the responsibility body and provide ways of the basic medical and health services.It is neither the only way,nor the best way that the government provides the basic medical and health services for the citizens directly.Since non-governmental organizations are able to cope with the dual failure of market and government,Chinese public hospitals should be reformed in terms of Non-government Organization.
