Abstract

The mycelium physiological property of Pleurotus nebrodensis(Inzengae) Quel.was studied in this paper. The results showed that the suitable carbon sources for the mycelium growth of P.nebrodensis were glucose and mannitol, the suitable nitrogen sources were yeast extract and peptone, and the suitable minerals were KH_2PO_4 and ZnSO_4,the optimal temperature and pH for the mycelium growth of P.nebrodensis was 23.8℃ and 6.6, and the optimal water content was 68.6%.
