Abstract

The mycelium growth of Pleurotus nebrodensis under different nutrient conditions were studied by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the suitable carbon source and nitrogen source were glucose and peptone. The mycelium grew best when glucose concentration was 3.0% and C/N was 20∶1.When the added concentration was 0.1%,potassium dihydrogen phosphate and magnesium sulfate were beneficial to the mycelium growth, but ferrous sulfate was antiblastic.
