Banxia Xiexin decoction combined with acupoint injection at ST36 treatment of vomiting after chemotherapy

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the Banxia Xiexin decoction combined with the acupoint injection on vomiting after chemotherapy. Methods Divide 92 patients randomly into treatment and control two groups,each 46 cases. The treatment group being given routinely Glass Jone during chemotherapy and metoclopramide intramuscular injection,as well as within 3 d before chemotherapy to 7 d after chemotherapy combined with Banxia Xiexin decoction and acupoint injection therapy on Zusanli. The control group is simply given Glass Jone and metoclopramide hydrochloride intramuscular injection therapy. Then evaluate the 7th day case of patients' nausea,vomiting. Results Treatment group after chemotherapy,the effective rate of without nausea and vomiting 1-2 times a day was 100%,significantly higher than the control group's 84. 78%.Conclusion The use of Banxia Xiexin decoction combined with Zusanli acupoint injection therapy is effective on the vomiting after chemotherapy,can adjust to improve the body's immune function,ensure the progress of chemotherapy.
