Harmonious Community Construction: Advancing,Blocking and Strategic Analysis

Harmonious community is the basis of a harmonious society.Under the background of China's reform of the administrative system and the transformation of government functions,the new community construction have gained certain achievements in the system of leadership,management and service.But judging from the current running,there are still some more prominent issues affecting the construction of a harmonious community.This paper gives further consideration to the sustainable development of new communities based on the summary of the experience in building the communities and combined with the problems they face.
