Abstract

The library,being as the important position of supporting sci-tech independent innovation,serving national innovation system and promoting scientific and cultural transmission,plays an important role in the construction of socialist spirit civilization.This paper discusses the importance of the construction of harmonious library,expounds the features of harmonious library,and puts forward some countermeasures for doing well in the construction of harmonious library.
