Abstract
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of pelvic inflammation in patients with application of TCM comprehensive treatment, and provide experiences for the scientific, reasonable clinical treatment scheme. Methods: 154 cases of pelvic inflammatory disease in our hospital during March 2010 to September 2012 were divided into study group and control group by using the method of random digits table,77 cases of each group. The study group received Gexia Zhuyu Decoction combined with Dachaihu Decoction, while the control group was given cefadroxil combined with metronidazole oral medication. Two groups were observed the patients with clinical symptoms disappeared time and the total efficiency. Results: The clinical symptoms disappearing time was( 3. 6 ± 1. 7) d and the control group's symptoms disappearing time was( 4. 4 ± 1. 8) d. There was significant difference between the two groups( P 0. 05). In study group,64 cases were cured,3 cases ineffective, and the total effective rate was 96. 4%. In control group,47 cases were cured,23 cases ineffective and the total efficiency was 70. 3%. There was significant difference between the two groups( P 0. 05). Conclusion: For patients with pelvic inflammatory disease, levofloxacin therapy compared with cefadroxil can shorten the time of symptoms disappearing and improve the clinical effect to achieve the satisfactory results.
