Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical value of Angelica Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods:From January 2010 to January 2013,70 cases of pelvic inflammatory disease patients were as the research object in our hospital.According to the principles, the patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,35 cases in each group. Two groups' patients age and course of disease were not significantly different,P0.05.The control group received routine treatment of Western medicine, the Metronidazole Injection 150 mL and levofloxacin injection 0.3 g by intravenous drip, once a day.The experimental group received Chinese herbal medicine treatment based on Western medicine,in particular to a daily dose of Angelica Decoction,1 week as a course of treatment, continuous treatment of 4 courses. After the treatment, patients were asked to reexamine once a month for 6 months. Results:After the treatment, the experimental group's total efficiency was 97.14% and the control group's total efficiency was 82.86%.The experimental group's was significantly higher than that in control group,P0.05.In the experimental group,2 cases were recurrent(5.71%) and in the control group,9 cases were recurrent(25.71%).The experiment group's patients relapse rate was lower than that of the control group,P0.05.The significant difference has statistics significance. Conclusion:Angelica Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease has good clinical effect, and is worthy of promotion.
