Abstract

Researches on the influence of the 20th National People's Congress of the Communist Party of Soviet Union on Chinese socialist road are of great guiding and realistic significance to understanding the historical cause of formation of DEN Xiao-ping theory as well as developing socialism with Chinese charateristics since the reform and opening of China.
