Abstract
We have a prejudiced view of the 20~(th) National Congress of the Soviet Communist Party(SCP).On one hand,the subject of the congress was summed up as denying Stalin completely.On the other hand,it was considered that this congress led to the breaking up of CPC and SCP.In fact,instead of taking negative attitude towards this congress,Mao Zedong and CCCPC confirmed it initially.This congress prompted CPC tried to explore a developing path that is suitable for Chinese condition.Therefore it had positive effects on China.
