Abstract

This paper makes a concise summany and analysis of the state of talent of Gansu Privince in the last ten years.It's based on a detailed analysis of the talent's total and relatively remaining amount,and the regional distribution,the constitute of occupation and profession of the talent,and also the state of technology and education(mainly the teaching staff),dissects the present state of talent in our province and the existent problems;on the other hand,it also points out where the crux lies in.
