Abstract

This article analyses peculiar character of talent resources of our province,dissects existing problem in talent resources of our province,such as the integral level of talent resources is not high,and the structure is not reasonable,and so on.Thus it is necessary to probe the reasons why these questions produce,and put forward the corresponding tactics actually.
