Abstract
[Objective] The optimum extraction technology of grape seed oil was discussed, and its physical and chemical properties were studied.[Method] Effects of extraction solvent, extraction time,solid-liquid ratio and extraction temperature on the extraction rate were studied by single factor experiment. And the optimum extraction technology was determined by orthogonal experiment.[Result] The optimum conditions were as follows: with diethyl ether as solvent, extraction time 120 min, extraction temperature 45 ℃,solid-liquid ratio 1∶ 10.Under these conditions, the extraction rate was 12.19%.[Conclusion] The obtained grape seed oil has the character of bright and clear color, pure and normal smell, and its physical and chemical properties conform to industrial standards.
