Abstract
Grape-seed oil was extracted from grape seeds obtained from grape drinkable factory. Some influence factors on the extraction ratio of the oil were discussed. These factors involved the choice of extraction solvent, the ratio of grape seed and extraction solvent, temperature and time of extraction, ect. The optimum conditions of the best extraction ratio were as follows: petroleum ether(60-90)was optimum extraction solvent; 0.8molL·L~ -1 sodium hydroxide acted as extracting solution; the extracting solution was heated for 3h at 65℃; the ratio of grape seed and extraction solvent was 1:7. The crude oil was refined and the product showed transparent yellowness and walnut smell.
