Abstract
Ultrasonic wave-assisted aqueous extraction method was adopted to extract oil from grape seed. The effects of ultrasonic extraction temperature, ratio of material to solvent and extraction time on the extraction yield of grape seed oil were discussed by single factor tests and orthogonal experiments. The experimental results showed that the optimum conditions for grape oil extraction were as follows, mass ratio of material to solvent at 1∶4,extraction temperature at 90 ℃,and extraction time for 50 min.Under these optimum conditions, the extraction yield of grape seed oil reached to 10.41%.
