The healing rate of postoperative nasal congestion was 79.88%, the remission rate of pus stuff was 80.19%, and the healing rate of headache was 92.11%. Conclusion Endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment with chronic nasosinusitis and nasal polyps obtains the better curative effect. It can lighten the patients with trauma and pain, and has the advantages with the quick effect and low recurrence rate, and is a radical good method for the treatment of chronic nasosinusitis and nasal polyps.
