Abstract

Objective:To explore the method and effect of nasal endoscopic sinus surgery for the treatment of chronic nasosinusitis.Methods:To retrospectively analyzed the method and effect of 84 cases of patients with chronic nasosinusitis in the writer's hospital,all patients were treated by nasal endoscopic sinus surgery.Results:The total effective rate of type Ⅰ was 92.9%,type Ⅱ was 73.3%,type Ⅲ was 61.5%.Conclusion:The effect of nasal endoscopic sinus surgery is best in the type Ⅰ of chronic nasosinusitis.The technology is advantaged in basic hospital.The patients should divide into different type per-operation,and give united drug after surgery in order to improve the effect.
