A Study on the Philosophical Foundation of Modern morals centered on Human Rights

From the perspectives of Marxist materialism in history,morals did not come out of imagination,but inherited from the economic system at that time.Nowadays China is moving towards the market economics and establishing market system.Market economics determines that human rights are the foundation and origin of the modern morals.Human rights construct the most basic value standard and morals foundation.The human rights foundation of morals has profound economic,political and social origin.Therefore,building up modern morals,which centered on the human right,is the necessary requirement for market economics,the ultimate premise of democratic politics and the primary principle of just and democratic society.
