On Human Rights Foundation of Morals

The origin of ethics is a new but old topic.The source of traditional ethics regards heaven,earth,God,Nature,and reason as the basis of ethics,which is apart from the practice of human survival and development,and is partly limited.The essay suggests that the society is based on the market economy and democratic politics,determining people in modern society to be for-itself will and for-itself personality,determining that modern ethics derives from the social community that is equal,self-supporting.The actors with dignity is supposed to choose and construct on behalf of its own benefits and requirement independence.And it also determined the relationship between rights and responsibilities.Rights are the logical presumption of responsibility,and in turn, rights are the basis and meaning of the existence of responsibility.
