Abstract
Objective To report our experience of the needle biopsy of lung lesions guided by computed tomography(CT) with clip marked. Methods The clinical data of 38 cases with lung lesions underwent needle biopsy guided by computed tomography(CT) with clip marked were analyzed retrospectively. There were 26 males and 12 females. The size of pleural puncture needle was from 22 to 18G. The biopsy specimen was made cytologic and histological study. Results The successful rate of puncture was 100%. The positive diagnostic rate was 92%. Conclusions The needle biopsy guided by computed tomography(CT) with clip marked is a safe, accurate and feasible technique. It plays an important role in making diagnoses and differential diagnosis for thorax and is worth to be spread and applied.
