Abstract
Apa I polymorphisms in porcine growth hormone(pGH) gene’s a 605bp segment encompassing base-119 through base + 486 were analyzed by PCR-RFLP in Lin-gao Pig,Yushan Black Pig,Lan-tang Pig and Foreign Pigs. The results showed that there were three genetypes(AA,BB and AB) in every porcine breed when the PCR products were cut by Apa I,BB genotype frequency of Lan-tang Pig was highest in four breeds and AA genotype frequency of Yu-shan Pig was highest in four breeds, and the difference of genotype frequencies and allele frequencies in four breeds was not significant(P0.05).
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
