Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinic value of three-dimensional digital subtraction angiography(3D-DSA) in the diagnosis of spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH).Methods 43 cases with spontaneous SAH were performed by 2D-DSA and 3D-DSA.The results of two examinations were compared and analyzed. Results The 2D-DSA showed 38 aneurysms in 30 cases and the 3D-DSA showed 46 aneurysms in 33 cases. The positive check rate increased 17.4%;3 cases with anteriovenous malformation(AVM) and 4 cases with moyamoya disease were found too. Conclusion 3D-DSA had important value in the diagnosis of spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage.
