To Analyze the 106 Patients with SAH Were Examined by DSA

Abstract

Objective To analyze the reasons of spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH).Methods The 106 patients with SAH were examined by DSA from Jan 2008～Dec 2009 and the results were analyzed.Results There were 83 cases with aneurysms(78.3%),2 cases with AVMs(1.8%),2 cases with moyamoya(0.9%),23 cases were normal(21.7%).Conclusion The reasons of spontaneous SAH are varied,DSA is the most important way to find the reason.
