From aspects of practicing the corporate managerial structure, facing the market, establishing and perfecting financial management system, strengthening the management of employed supervision personnel, paying attention to the corporate culture and enterprise development, and arousing the enthusiasm of the workers and staff members, etc., this paper briefly introduces the problem of enterprise operation and management.
