Abstract
Objective Tried to explore the clinical value for identifying benign or malignant of calcification lesions inside thyroid nodules using high-frequency ultrasound in the paper. Methods Analyzed the sonographic features and calcification types of thyroid nodules for 180 cases. Results There were 126 cases in benign and 54 cases in malignan within 180 patients of thyroid nodules. For 196 cases of the thyroid nodules,Found 74 cases in malignant,122 cases in benign, and 65 cases of calcification by making a diagnosis of high-frequency ultrasound. There were 34 cases of malignant nodules and 31 cases of benign nodules in 65 cases of calcification. There was significant differences between the two groups with P0.05. Conclusion It had important clinical values for identifying benign or malignant of thyroid cancer by analyzing the sonographic features of the calcification lesions inside thyroid nodules based on high-frequency ultrasound.
