Abstract
The essence of equalization of the basic public services lies in the existence,development as well as improvement of social public's.The main contents of equalization of the basic public services are equalization of the basic people's livelihood service,equalization of the public utility service,equalization of public welfare service,equalization of public security service.The highlight issue of the basic public service supply is the discriminatory supply.Therefore,by the principle of the legal,reality,body extensiveness,reasonable concessions,income equality,we should take effective measures to ensure the equalization of the basic public services in China.
