Abstract
Chapter 6 proposes policy optimization and policy selection suggestions for the equalization of basic public education services in Sichuan Province. The main suggestions include the following: first, clarify the top-level design and rationally arrange the equalization stage; second, increase funding to improve the efficiency of the use of financial funds; third, equalize school conditions and promote the flow of resources to underdeveloped areas; fourth, ensure that the government can help to achieve transition to a government for people’s livelihood; fifth, break the stereotypes of thinking and explore new ways of realization; and sixth, open up government data and build a government-public interaction mechanism in the era of “big data”.
