Analysis and recommendation of constructing rural public health system

The health system was an integral part of the national economy.Based on the present situation of the rural health system,this paper summarized the problems and discussed the reasons.Then,the paper put forward that the rural cooperative medical care system and the new rural disease prevention and control system should be perfected according to the request of the new medical reform.It is necessary to improve the health resource allocation and efficiency,establish a effective compensation system,strengthen the health education,and improve the quality of professional staff and the health awareness of peasants,thus to perfect the rural medical health system and make health care accessible to everyone.
