Abstract
Aim To establish a HPLC method with internal standard for determining the flavonoids found in the extracts of the leaves of ginkgo biloba L.(EGB).Methods Salicylic acid was used as an internal standard.Detection was at 254nm.Amixture of methanol and 0.4% phosphoric acid(1∶1) was usedas mobile phase. Results It was linear in the range of 2~40μg·ml -1 with good correlation (r=0.999 97).Average recovery was101.9%(RSD=3.23% n=3).Conclusion The method is sensitive, simple and accurate.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
