Abstract
Objective To establish the determination method of Ginkgo biloba L leaves.Methods The content of otal flavones was detected by UV.Results The calibration curve showed good linearity over the range of 0.025~0.25 mg/ mL(R=0.9993).The average recovery was 99.4%,with RSD 0.44%.Conclusion This method is simple、rapid、 efficient and with good repeatability andecoveryi,can be used as quality control for this preparation。
