Abstract

Objective: To investigate the effects of Jiedu Yiqi Recipe on proliferation,apoptosis of gastric carcinoma cell line SGC-7901. Methods: 1The MTT assays was used to assess the inhibitory effect of Jiedu Yiqi Recipe on SGC-7901 cells.2The apoptosis rate were examined by Annexin V/PI staining. 3The mRNA changes of Bax,Bcl-2 of Jiedu Yiqi Recipe on SGC-7901 cells were assessed by Real time PCR. Results: 1Jiedu Yiqi Recipe significantly inhibited the proliferation of SGC-7901 cells. 2The apoptosis rate of high-concentration group,low-concentration group in 24 hours were 27. 79%,11. 09% respectively. 3Jiedu Yiqi Recipe could up-regulated Bax and down-regulated Bcl-2. Conclusion: Jiedu Yiqi Recipe can significantly inhibit the proliferation and induce apoptosis of SGC-7901 cells. The molecular mechanism can be that it up-regulates Bax and down-regulates Bcl-2.
