Abstract

Objective: Observe the effects of Jiedu Quyu prescription combined with chemotherapy on expression of Bcl-2 / Bax and apoptosis of MCF-7 cells.Method: Use the MTT to determinate the inhibitory action of medicine to MCF-7 cells; flow cytometry to detect the apoptotic index; immunocytochemistry to examine the Bcl-2,Bax expression.Result: Jiedu Quyu prescription can inhibit the MCF-7 cells proliferation,and on time,drug concentration-dependent; of chemotherapy synergies.Flow cytometry find that Jiedu Quyu prescription on inducing apoptosis in MCF-7 cells early advantage; and it also can decreasing the Bcl-2 expression in MCF-7 cells,also depend on time and drug concentration.Conclusion: The Jiedu Quyu prescription displayed its effect of inhibiting and inducing to apoptotic.It may be associated with the down-regulate of the expression of Bcl-2.
