Abstract
This experiment established a method for the content determination of the water soluble chloride in feed by ion chromatography. The samples were extracted by water, then were carried out on a metrosep A supp 4-250/4.0 anion analysis column using 3.2 mmol/L Na2CO3 and 1.0 mmol/L Na HCO3 as eluent solution at a flow rate of 1.0 m L/min.The results showed that the correlation coefficient was above 0.999 in the range of 4 ~ 100 μg/m L,and the detection limit was0.04 μg/g.The recovery rate was in the range of 91.7% ~ 100.2% by adding different concentrations of standard substance. In conclusion, this method was operated easily, with very high sensitive and reliable characteristic, and it was skillful and efficient for determination of large batches of samples.
