On Legal Remedy for Damages of the Female in Non-marital Cohabitation

With non-marital cohabitation being more and more common,the damages of the femal in cohabitation is becoming more and more conmmon.The tort law can’t deal with this kind of issue for its limitaion. In the meanwhile,there are not related norms about the non-marital cohabitation in the existing framework of marriage and family law,so the female is difficult to obtain legal remedies for their personal and property damages in non-marital cohabitation. Therefore,we should establish and improve the relevant legal system in marriage and family law,in order to protect the women’s rights and interests in non-marital cohabitation.
