Legal Thinking about Non- marital Cohabitation

For a long time,the distinction is non-marriage bureau with an illegal,moral discrimination,no legal protection,the consequences will not only fail to effectively reduce non-marital cohabitation,but non-marital cohabitation in some parts of China.There are trends in the face of a large number of real life,complex non-marital cohabitation and the resulting problems,Chinese marriage family law must make a norm;legislation must be standardized,non-marital cohabitation dissection of the content,To meet the needs of judicial practice.In this paper,by analyzing the non-marital cohabitation law and the legal consequences of the causes and explore the legislative norms of non-marital cohabitation and the need for legal relief.
