Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Naftifine Ketoconazole Cream in treatment of tinea corporis and cruris. Methods:A randomized double-blind controlled trial principles. The patients who were diagnosed of tinea corporis and cruris with clinical and laboratory were randomly divided into experimental group(Naftifine Ketoconazole Cream) and control group(Ketoconazole Cream). The gender, age, stage of disease, severity of the illness of the two groups showed no statistical difference. All of the patients were treatment with medicine at morning and evening, all patients were followed up at 1,2,3,4 weeks and 1 week after treatmet.Results:①Clinical efficacy, the experimental group's overall response rate at the 1,2,3,4 weeks were 44.2%,65.0%,84.4%,95.6%.Compared with the control group, the differences was statically significant.②Mycological efficacy, the experimental group's overall response rate at 1,2,3,4 weeks were 46.7%,70.0%,90.0%,95.6%.Compared with the control group, the differences was statically significant.③ Security, the incidence rate of adverse reaction of experimental group was 4.4%,the incidence rate of adverse reaction of control group was 4.0%,the difference was not statistically significant between two groups. Conclusion:The efficacy and safety of Naftifine Ketoconazole Cream in treatment of tinea corporis and cruris is better, and is worth further studying.
