Abstract
[Objective]The research aimed to study an extraction technology for total flavonoids from perilla leaves.[Method] The single factor test and the orthogonal test were taken to study the extraction conditions of total flavonoids by ultrasonic wave cooperated method through measuring the content of the total flavonoids.[Result] The effects of each factor on yield rate of total flavonoids in order was water-bath temperaturethe concentration of ethanoltime with ultrasonic wavethe ratio of material to liquid. The optimum extracting conditions were the concentration of ethanol of 40%,ratio of material to liquid of 1∶30(g/ml),time with ultrasonic wave of 40 min,water-bath temperature of 70 ℃.[Conclusion] The optimized method was efficient, and the rate of total flavonoids extracted was up to 4.03%.
