Abstract
The research aimed to study the extraction of total flavonoids from perilla leaves assisted with ultrasonic wave treatment. Based on the effect of different factors such as ethanol concentration, ratio of material to liquid, ultrasonic wave treatment, and extraction temperature, optimal extraction conditions for total flavonoids from perilla leaves were determined. The experimental results showed that optimum extracting conditions are as follows: 30% ethanol as extracting agent, processing 70 mins with ultrasonic wave, ratio of material to liquid of 1∶ 40( g∶ mL) at 80 ℃ and extraction for 2 times. The optimized method is efficient, and the extraction yield of total flavonoids reached up to 21. 81 mg / g.
