Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy of early comprehensive rehabilitation therapy on patients with stroke.Method Total 96 patients with stroke were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The observation group were observed in patients in stable condition within 2~10 d after the start of rehabilitation training guidance and the corresponding rehabilitation training,so that was after three weeks in the control group.FIM index score was used for the assessment of capability of daily living activities at times of admitted to hospital. Results The FIM index in the two groups before the treatment had no significant difference. After 2 months′ rehabilitation, there were 62.5% patients in the functional independence of the observation group and so that were 15.6% in the control group.Left with severe paralysis, life totally dependence on,FIM 54 points in the observation group were significantly lower than patients in the control group. Conclusion Early rehabilitation can promote recovery of motor function in patients with hemiplegic limbs, improve patient quality of life, and worthy to be popularized.
