Abstract

Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of early rehabilitation training on patients with stroke. Methods:One hundred and sixteen patients with stroke were divided randomly into group A(n=58) and group B(n=58),patients in group A underwent early rehabilitation training in 2~ 10 d after the episode when the condition was stable;patients in group B underwent rehabilitation training 3 weeks later after the episode when the condition was stable, and conventional treatment including administration of defibrase,anticoagulant,anti-platelet drugs and nutritional agents of neuron were implemented before the rehabilitation training.BARTHEL index score was used for the assessment of capability of daily living activities at times of admitted to hospital,2,4 and 8 weeks after hospitalization, and the results between two groups were compared. Results:BARTHEL index score of patients in group A was significant higher than group B(t = 2.738~ 4.568,P 0.05).Conclusion:Modern medical technology of rehabilitation is conducive to improve the quality of rehabilitation for patients with stroke.Early rehabilitation may markedly improve the daily living ability of the patients;the earlier the implementation of rehabilitation the better the effect.
