Efficacy of early rehabilitation of stroke patients

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of early rehabilitation of stroke patients prognosis. Methods Totally 258 cases of stroke patients in our hospital from January 2010 to October 2013 for the study,according to the different methods of rehabilitation will be randomly divided into control and experimental groups for each 129 cases,two groups of patients were given regular rehabilitation,the test group of patients on the basis of acceptance of early rehabilitation,clinical efficacy comparison of two groups of patients. Results There were experimental group after treatment of neurological deficit score and Barthel Index score results were( 12. 3 ± 6. 0) and( 57. 4 ± 8. 6),significantly more than the control group( 20. 3 ± 7. 2) and( 34. 2 ± 10. 6),there were significant statistical difference( P 0. 05). Conclusions Early rehabilitation training for stroke patients to reduce morbidity has important clinical significance,help to improve daily living skills and athletic ability,improve the quality of life of patients with high clinical value.
