Abstract
The agreement of World Trade Organization contains enormous standards of international investment which deeply change and remold international investment law. These standards not only make international investment law to have even more rich intension, make the law to go from simple investment standard into the standard integrating investment with trade and service and intellectual property, but also make the law to have even more distinct and speedy inclination of liberalization and opening-up. Moreover, they also push forward the law to set up multilateral adjustment mechanism so as to make the law to have the guarantee with even more compelling force.
